Yes, we will always provide you with a written quotation for the items you’re interested in based on your branding to ensure you have an accurate costing.
Your quote includes the costings for the item, origination/set up charges and delivery charges. VAT is not included on your quote but we are required by law to charge VAT.

Yes. We do offer competitive prices and excellent customer service but we understand there may be times when you need us to match a competitor’s price. As part of the Essential Reward Scheme we will match prices based on a like for like product and branding.
Artwork needs to be supplied as an Illustrator file (eps, ai), PDF or in some cases a high resolution image will be sufficient depending upon the print method. We would always recommend supplying artwork as an Illustrator file. We also require any text on your artwork to be outlined.
If you cannot provide the correct format then we can assist with artwork redraws and outlining. Should you require this service we shall provide you with a quote based on your requirements.
In order to print spot colours we will need your pantone references to ensure we can match as closely to your corporate colours.
Once you have placed your order we shall send you an artwork proof to show you how your branding will look on the end product. This is used to confirm design, print colours, logo size and any other relevant details. Once you have approved your artwork proof we move your order into production.
